Owner Bill Bonnewitz specialty is customization. With a keen eye for detail, Bill personalizes all his projects to his customer’s personal taste. Projects include all types of tile work, floors, full remodeling of bathrooms, kitchens, back splashes, fireplaces, outdoor spaces and other related work.

Who We Are

Bill has over 30 years of experience working with tile and stone. After working at his fathers company, William C. Bonnewitz Ceramic Tile, he established his own company in the early 2000's, William R. Bonnewitz Custom Tile & Stone LLC. Bill's company is fully licensed and insured for residential and new construction by the State of New Jersey.

The business was founded in 1985 by Bill’s father. The Bonnewitz family has had a tradition for quality design and ever since his father’s retirement in 1998, Bill is committed to carrying on his father’s professionalism and workmanship legacy. His goal is to provide clients with beautiful and clean designs.

  • 2015

    For over 30 years to this day, Bill has been providing clients all around New Jersey with high quality designs and long lasting solutions for tile & stone installation and repairs, flooring, glass repair, patio floors, fireplaces and more.

  • 2000

    A few years after taking over for his father, Bill decided to estabilish his own company, William R. Bonnewitz Custom Tile & Stone LLC. Bill's company is fully licensed and insured for residential and new construction by the State of New Jersey.

  • 1998

    William R. Bonnewitz (Bill) has committed to carrying on the family's professionalism and workmanship legacy since his father's retirement in 1998.

  • 1985

    William C. Bonnewitz Ceramic Tile was founded in 1985 by Bills father. With over 30 years of experience, the Bonnewitz family has had a long tradition excellent quality design and durability.
